Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every H&K order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item:

Email us at habibandkhabib198@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're unable to refund items lost in return transit.

Refunds:

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is on its way.

Faulty or damaged items:

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us with a photo or video and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where required.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
